How you’ll make an impact in this role Retrieve clinical discharge charts and perform timely discharge reconciliation against official reports. Assemble records per policy, coordinate chart binder re-distribution, and prepare files for scanning.
Audit medical records for completeness against departmental standards and accurately flag any deficiencies. Notify responsible team members of record gaps and assist in resolving them promptly. High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
