About the role

Responsibilities The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates through various channels and career events, prescreening applicants and coordinating applicant flow to hiring managers, scheduling interviews as needed, extending job offers, coordinating with new hires to complete the multi-step background and onboarding process, participating in new hire orientation, and assisting with other HR functions as needed to meet the needs of the HR department.
