Recruitment Specialist GME

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic outreach initiatives that strengthen the physician recruitment pipeline through engagement with residents, fellows, medical students, and employed physician ambassadors. This position serves as the primary coordinator for Graduate Medical Education outreach and residency/fellowship relationship development.

Working collaboratively with physician recruiters, physician leaders, residency program representatives, marketing, and operational leadership, the GME Recruitment Specialist enhances Deaconess Health System's visibility among physicians in training and supports long-term workforce planning through proactive relationship development and recruitment marketing initiatives.
