Qualifications
✓6 months Scheduling Rep experience
✓Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
✓Knowledge of medical practice protocols related to scheduling referrals and testing
✓Knowledge of manual/ computerized scheduling systems
✓Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques
✓Knowledge of insurance and ability to obtain prior authorization
✓Skill in communicating effectively with physicians/ clinicians about referrals/radiology
✓Ability to multitask effectively
✓Ability to flexibly respond to changing demand and plan
✓Ability to project a pleasant and professional image
✓Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others
