✓Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling and/or related field.
Master's degree in social work, counseling, theology or related field or pastoral education with documented evidence of training and experience in grief therapy and bereavement counseling. preferred
Qualifications
✓One year experience in family and/or individual counseling with additional training in grief and bereavement.
✓Knowledge of grief and bereavement counseling; understanding of physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers.
✓Must be familiar with general use and functions of computer.
✓Self-manage online HR services and training.
Three years' experience in family and/or individual counseling with additional training in grief and bereavement. preferred

About the role

Meets with care center leadership of assigned care centers to assess the bereavement services that would be beneficial to the patient's plan of care to meet the community, patient and family needs.
