Responsible for resolving scheduling conflicts and handling last-minute changes or employee call outsResponsible for booking travel and accommodations for staff if applicableResponsible for coordination and communication schedule changes to all relevant partiesRespond to emails, calls, text and other forms of communication in a timely mannerProvider Updates and reminders to staff on schedulingCreate and Develop schedule 90 days in advance for entire regionMaintain records of schedules, attendance, and employee availabilityResponsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance trainingUsing scheduling software or tools to keep track of schedules and changesEnsuring efficient and effective time management for optimal productivityReview Atena SchedulesMonitor Attenteo completionFollow up with clinics missing or behind on AttenteoThe ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees.
