Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals supporting multiple markets and locations. Partner with Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, and operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives. Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure an exceptional 'white glove' experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Analyze market trends, talent supply and demand data, and recruiting metrics to inform workforce planning decisions. Promote and strengthen employer branding initiatives through digital recruiting, community outreach, and hiring events.
Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights, recruiting guidance, and best practices. Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, EEO, and affirmative action reporting requirements. Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern recruiting technologies and tools.
Manage regional recruiting vendor relationships to maximize service quality and return on investment. Qualifications What You'll Bring Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Previous leadership, mentoring, or people management experience within Talent Acquisition is a must. Home health, hospice, or broader healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience partnering with operational leaders and recruiting healthcare professionals is highly desirable.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate change effectively and inspire confidence during periods of growth and transformation.
Exceptional relationship-building and consultative partnership skills. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. Additional Requirements Ability to travel up to 15% for meetings, career fairs, conferences, and other business needs.
