✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of employment
✓RBT certification within 90 days of employment
✓Completion of Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP) Tier Five within 90 days of employment
✓Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) within 90 days of employment
Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Health, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, etc.) preferred
Qualifications
✓Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate client-specific data in response to treatment protocols
✓Strong organizational and time management skills along with ability to manage multiple tasks
✓Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to communicate well in person, in writing, and on the phone
✓Ability to work as part of a team
✓Ability to quickly adapt to change while maintaining a positive attitude
✓Ability to work effectively in pressured situations and demonstrate the ability to diffuse escalating situations
Experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with children with developmental disabilities preferred
Knowledge of normal/abnormal growth and development throughout the age continuum preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
