✓Newly Hired staff receive training to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
✓Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to gain certification within 90 days of employment, required.
✓Newly hired staff receive training to become certified as an RBT and ongoing RBT supervision.
✓Certification in Marcus Crisis Prevention Program safety training and other safety protocols within 60 days of employment, required.
Education

✓Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to seek and accept feedback.
