Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Post-secondary coursework in psychology, education, or related fields. preferred
Qualifications
✓Ability to demonstrate RBT job essentials
✓Experience working with autism and related disabilities or behavioral challenges.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
✓Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately and adapt interventions based on individual client needs.
✓Physical ability to engage in activities with clients and work in various environments.
1 year experience implementing ABA procedures for severe problem behavior preferred
Training in discrete-trial teaching and naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) preferred

About the role

The Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician – EIBI, under the direction and supervision of the treatment team, provides direct therapeutic contact to patients through the implementation of behavior implementation plans and skill building curriculum designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
