Department: OPS | NUTRI Inpatient Nutrition Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: Make a meaningful impact on patient health as a Registered Dietitian! In this role, you will provide individualized nutritional care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary inpatient care team to support positive patient outcomes. The Registered Dietitian assesses patients’ nutritional needs, develops appropriate recommendations, and documents care in the electronic medical record.
This position also provides education to patients, families, professional staff, students, and dietetic interns. Additional opportunities include collaborating with medical staff and other caregivers, delivering presentations within the community, and helping prepare the next generation of nutrition professionals. This position works under the general direction of the Nutrition Department Outpatient Team Lead.
