✓Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) licensure in the State of Florida.
✓Commission on Dietetic Registration Board Certified Specialist OR
✓Board Certified Bariatric Counselor OR
Certifications
✓Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) prior to start date and maintained.
✓American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintained.
✓Any one of the following specialty certifications prior to start date and maintained:
✓Clinical Nutrition Support Clinician OR
✓Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist OR
✓Certified in Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian OR
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree If obtained prior to January 1st, 2024 OR
✓Master's degree If obtained after January 1st, 2024.
✓Work Experience In Lieu of Certification: Three (3) months’ experience as a clinical dietitian, specifically in development and execution of a proposal for quality improvement initiatives and related educational programs for clinical nutrition, supporting financial stewardship, patient safety and/or

✓Trained to place feeding tubes within six (6) months of start date.
✓Registered Dietitian-Advanced Practitioner
✓Ability to work extended and flexible hours in various locations.
✓Understand theoretical strategies related to behavior change.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills to speak and understand the English language and collaborate with a diverse customer-base.
✓Proficient computing skills including use of MS Office Suite and software applications, including charting in electronic medical record.
✓Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks based on levels of patient care, consultations, multi-disciplinary and team rounds.
✓Initiative to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
