Fall Into Pediatric Home Care – Nurses Needed Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent on boarding and training experience from Day 1. On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want.
Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag! During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed.
All training is paid as well! We also provide you with refreshments. On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.
