You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
Certifications
✓BLS prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
Education
✓Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma Required, BSN preferred
✓1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req
Qualifications
✓In addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will
✓Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
✓Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude toward patients
✓Possess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalism
✓Have basic computer skills using Medical management application systems
2+ years strong Med/surg RN experience in acute care setting preferred

Acute Med/surg Unit (35 bed unit) Patients are admitted with Acute Med/surg diagnosis such as post surgery, urology , limb salvage, chronic wounds, GI , diabetes, respiratory overflow, isolations and airborne covid – general remote tele that has to be monitored
