What you’ll do

Complete comprehensive patient assessmentsComplete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Administer medications and monitorAdminister medications and monitor patient progress
Utilize therapeutic communication andUtilize therapeutic communication and crisis intervention techniques
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursesCollaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
