Licensure
✓(RN) REGISTERED NURSE Licensure as Registered Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and
Certifications
✓(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification through a course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire and
✓Successful completion of Oncology Nursing Society/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONS/ONCC) Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within 60 days of hire within 60 Days
Education
✓Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.

✓1 year of clinical nursing experience.
