About the role

Assist provider as necessary; room patients, take vitals, triage patients, call in scripts, and other associated responsibilities.

Assess and identify patientAssess and identify patient needs, plan to achieve appropriate outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress toward goals of care
Collaborate to design andCollaborate to design and implement a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals
Administer prescribed medications, treatmentsAdminister prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state
Current NH Registered NursingCurrent NH Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required
