Operational Oversight: Manage patient access and evaluate unit work-flows to ensure seamless care delivery. Competency-Based Delegation: Assign duties aligned with staff skill levels while continuously monitoring clinical proficiency.
Quality Architecture: Lead performance improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and policy updates alongside leadership. Talent Management: Drive full lifecycle staff development, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and mentoring. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
