Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic and Spine Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. Position Details Status: Full Time Work
Days Incentives Qualified candidates may also receive: Tuition Assistance or Loan Reimbursement Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus What Your Day Looks Like: At CMH Orthopedic & Spine Center, our board certified physicians, physician assistants and qualified staff administer the care you need. Our practices and procedures include: Hip and knee replacements Back surgery Neck surgery Shoulder disease Hand and micro-vascular surgery Elbow surgery Knee arthroscopy ACL reconstruction As a Registered Nurse you will be: Prepping instruments, patient intake and assessments, assisting providers with procedures in clinic Providing patient education, patient follow-up and or case management, prior authorizations Inventory management, phone triaging, medical records requests, and other administrative duties.
Completion of an accredited program (Registered Nurse)
1 year of nursing experience in the clinic setting (strongly preferred) or 4 hours of job shadowing in our clinic (required).
Communication, confidence, empathy, professionalism, critical thinking, patient assessment, self-discipline, integrity, and willingness to learn. Licensure/Certification: Active Missouri License as a Registered Nurse Physical
