Each nursing member brings their strengths to the team and works together to provide exceptional compassion and care to the community we serve. We strive to make a difference each day and promote a positive, team-driven attitude. Our ICU/PCU department consists of 8 ICU beds and 8 PCU beds.
Our patient ratios are outstanding, and safe staffing is a priority. In the ICU you will care for 1:2-3 patients, and on telemetry, 1:4-5 depending on acuity. We have a clerk and CNAs to help support and care for our patients.

As an RN in our department you will be responsible for: Rounding with physicians Passing medication Interacting and answering questions for patients and family members Using evidence-based practices to guide the plan of care for your patients Working as part of a closely-knit team
Associates or Bachelors degree
Clinical expertise, quick decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Licensure/Certification: RN Physical
