About the role

Delivers decisive, high-acuity patient care while closely monitoring patients, and care coordination for optimal patient outcomes.

What you’ll do
Monitor patients' cardiac statusMonitor patients' cardiac status, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect any changes or abnormalities, which is crucial for patients recovering from cardiac procedures, heart attacks, or other cardiac conditions
Administer medications as prescribedAdminister medications as prescribed by physicians, including intravenous drugs, cardiac medications, and pain management medications
Perform assessments of patients'Perform assessments of patients' cardiac status, including physical assessments, review medical histories, and evaluate symptoms
Provide education to patientsProvide education to patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, medications, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices
