Registered Nurse Catheterization Lab

Your future role at a glance Provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. How you’ll make an impact in this role Assesses, prepares and positions patients for procedures. Performs conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.

Prepares, implements and documents plan of care. Communicates patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures. Performs and/or facilitates diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

Performs set up and provides equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
