✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current Minnesota RN licensure.
Certifications
✓Current BLS certification.
✓Based upon the unit in which you are applying, additional certification(s) may be required.
✓Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required or obtained during orientation.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Qualifications
✓One (1) year pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting or one (1) year of adult critical care and/or cardiac step-down experience.
✓Department specific required qualifications need to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
