Is a leader in professional nursing both in direct care and in colleague relationships using ethical principles, collaboration, peer review, evidence based practice, and teaching & learning principles. Position Qualifications Minimum
Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license Colleagues hired with an associate degree must enter a BSN program within 12 months of hire and earn their BSN from a NLN or CCNE accredited program within 5 years of beginning their BSN degree. Effective February 2021, Colleagues hired with an associate degree and 10 or more years of nursing experience may be exempt from entering into a BSN program. Certifications Required: Healthcare Provider CPR certification .
Days/Evening shift · 0600-1430 and can vary due to unit staffing needs
