This role is ideal for nurses with strong hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience who are confident managing treatments in a variety of inpatient settings. You'll travel throughout the hospital to care for patients requiring dialysis support overnight, utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and advanced clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care.

Provide safe, high‑quality hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis unit and at the bedside, including care for critically ill patients requiring 1:1 supportPerform cycler and CAPD therapies while applying strong critical‑thinking skills and timely clinical interventionsCollaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care and effective communication across unitsMaintain strict adherence to infection prevention and control practices in all dialysis environments, including ICU, PCU, ED, and Neuroscience areasAdapt to fluctuating patient volumes and locations, demonstrating flexibility, sound judgment, and consistent communication to support unit needs What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course, preferred.
One year of RN Experience, required. One year relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
