Coordinate the development of a multidisciplinary plan of care to ensure appropriate length of stay, resource utilization, and quality outcomes. Provide patient education and support, addressing fears and anxiety through effective communication and teaching. Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform procedures such as dressing changes and blood glucose monitoring.
Monitor patient responses to interventions, recognizing and responding to acute changes in condition. Collaborate with case managers to ensure seamless discharge planning and appropriate follow-up care. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 months of hire date.
Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 months of hire date. Graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program.
