Registered Nurse ED FULL TIME 7 AM TO 7:30 PM ALTERNATING WEEKENDS $112,425 BASE SALARY
Perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and re-assignments as per policy. Formulated, prioritizes and documents nursing diagnosis consistent with the assessment data. Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the patient’s age.
Ability to revise a plan of care as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for daily effectiveness. Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient and their clinical condition. Ability to perform treatments and provide services according to scope of practice.
Requirements/Qualifications: Current licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State BCLS/ACLS required Bachelors preferred Basic Arrhythmia course preferred PALS required Education Associates (required) Licenses and Certifications NYS RN Registration (required) NYS Child Abuse Cert (required) Registered Nurse (required) PALS (required) NYS RN (required) Five Hours CEU Stroke (required) Moderate Sedation (required) NIHSS Stroke (required) BLS CERT AMERICAN HEART (required) ACLS CERT AMERICAN HEART (required)
