We are hiring a full-time RN for our Emergency Department Float Pool. This is a night shift position that will float between all 4 main hospital locations (Lee’s Summit, Overland Park, North Kansas City, Plaza), 3 Community Hospitals (Legends, Leawood, Roeland Park), and both MO Critical Access hospital locations (Chillicothe & Trenton). Our teams have unit-based leadership teams and are supportive and collaborative on one another.

Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately.
Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
