Eligible for Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, if hired externally. Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Medical Center Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a full-time evening shift opportunity.

Scheduled Shift 1:00 pm - 1:00 am. The Emergency Department at Baptist Beaches provides convenient, high-quality care to coastal communities. This role is ideal for nurses who value teamwork and delivering excellent patient-centered care.

Registered Nurse

Provide care to patients requiring treatment of medical, surgical, or emergent conditions Educate patients and families on diagnosis and plan of care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Coordinate care provided by ancillary services Serve as a patient advocate to ensure safety and satisfaction Participate in staff meetings and unit-based initiatives Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health Registered Nurse

1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required) Telemetry Experience (required) Emergency Department Experience (preferred) Hospital Experience (required) Registered Nurse Education & Credential

• Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
• Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
• Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.Certification- ACLS required within 6 months for the Adult EDs and Free Standing EDs
• PALS required within 1 year of hire for the Free Standing EDs and required within 6 months for WCH ED.
