Scheduled shifts 7:00pm-7:00am. The Emergency Department at Baptist Nassau provides high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to coastal communities in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Registered Nurse
Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring treatment for medical, surgical, and emergent conditions Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Coordinate care with ancillary services to support optimal outcomes Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and satisfaction Participate in staff meetings, unit-based initiatives, and continuous quality improvement Embrace and uphold Baptist Health’s mission, vision, and values Registered Nurse
1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required) Telemetry Experience (required) Emergency Department Experience (preferred) Hospital Experience (required) Registered Nurse Education & Credential
