Eligible for Up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus, if hired externally. Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time night shift opportunity.

The Emergency Department at Baptist South provides high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about emergency medicine, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Registered Nurse

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with emergent conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate care with ancillary services to support optimal outcomes
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and satisfaction
• Participate in unit-based initiatives and continuous quality improvement Registered Nurse

• 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
• Telemetry Experience (required)
• Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
• Hospital Experience (required) Registered Nurse Education & Credential

• Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
