Provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals. Maintain certifications and stay current with clinical knowledge and best practices. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS).
BSN preferred.
