You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
Certifications
✓Maintains current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS).
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 3 months of employment.
✓Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required by the Emergency Department after one year of employment.
professional nursing certification preferred.
Education
BSN preferred
Qualifications
✓Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
✓CPI required.
Recent acute care experience within past 3 years preferred.
ED experience or 1 year of Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
