This position is eligible for a commitment bonus! $20,000 for experienced RNs, and $10,000 for new graduate RNs.

More about our team Our Emergency Department is a rural, 20-bed unit serving Rutherford County and surrounding communities with responsive, patient-centered emergency care. Nurses care for patients across a wide range of acuity levels and work closely with providers, ancillary departments, and inpatient teams to support timely assessment, treatment, stabilization, and transition of care. How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:
• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
• Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
• Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
