Day shift | Part-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct, hands-on nursing care across pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure support, and PACU recovery, maintaining high safety standards while participating in an on-call rotation alongside standard daytime shift schedules. Serve as the central clinical contact who coordinates seamlessly with physicians, anesthesia teams, pathology, and support staff to execute treatment plans, manage diagnostic specimens, and keep procedural rooms running efficiently.
Monitor patient conditions continuously, communicate real-time clinical updates using the SBAR framework, and assess post-sedation recovery to deliver clear discharge instructions and guarantee safe patient transitions. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required. .
