Baptist Downtown is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN position. Registered Nurse
Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Provide care and monitoring for critical patients requiring a higher acuity of care Coordinate and supervise care provided by supportive personnel Coordinate care with ancillary services to support safe and effective patient outcomes Include patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing individualized plans of care Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, procedures, treatments, and plans of care Serve as a patient advocate and promote patient safety, dignity, and satisfaction Registered Nurse
Endoscopy or Procedural Nursing Experience (preferred) Experience caring for higher-acuity or critical care patients (preferred) Hospital or acute care nursing experience (preferred) Registered Nurse (RN) Education & Credential
