Perform individualized perioperative assessment on the patient, and formulate a plan of care in direct communication with the surgeon, nursing personnel, and anesthesia provider.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelor's degree in Nursing Two (2) years nursing experience Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) BLS required prior to orientation completion. Must be obtained through Penn State Health or American Heart Association (AHA).
