Registered Nurse - Flex Team (Med/Surg) - New PRN Tiered Pay Rates

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care at the bedside of our patients every day. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. • Effectively managing the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population
• Delivering patient care utilizing standardized evidenced-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment
• Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care Tier 2 Pay rate: Experience rate + $7.50 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials) Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeks Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed Weekend and Holidays: None

Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule Tier 3 Pay rate: Experience rate + $11.25 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials) Commitment: 9 shifts in 6 weeks Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed Weekend and Holidays: Call Rotation

Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule Tier 4 Pay rate: Experience rate + $15.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials) Commitment: 12 shifts in 6 weeks Campus: Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed Weekend and Holidays: Call Rotation

• Graduate of a Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program
