SIGN ON BONUS$$$ We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our LDRP team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time night position in our Labor and Delivery unit at Baptist Medical Center South as a Labor and Delivery RN you will: Provide for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statementOrganize and supervision care provided by supportive personnelCoordinate care provided by ancillary servicesInclude patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing and individualized plan of careServe as the patient advocate and responsible for nursing care in newborn nursery and postpartum units including, but not limited to, caring for the antepartum patient, high risk postpartum patient and the mother/baby couplet Experience
1-2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience Labor and Delivery Experience Newborn Nursery Experience Mother/Baby Nursing Experience Education & Credential Requirements Associate's degree Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Registered Nurse Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (RNC EFM) Preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Preferred Licensed Registered Nurse Required If you are interested in a rewarding career at a Magnet designated facility, apply today or email Cheryl.
