Participation in the GIG Nursing Program requires nurses to self-schedule a minimum number of hours, maintain flexibility for short-notice staffing needs, and accept the possibility of last-minute shift cancellations. ExperienceMinimum two (2) years of recent bedside RN experience in Critical Care/ICU within the last 2 years.
