Cardiac Progressive Care Nights 36 hours per week Unit Overview: H5 patients - Advanced heart failure, VADS (ventricular assist device), arrythmias, status post procedure and any cardiac diagnosis. This department is a great department to help a nurse with a future plan of working in ICU but not quite ready to go into an ICU setting. In this department you will get to work with progressive drips.
Role Overview As a Registered Nurse in our unit, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support and education they need. Your role is critical in communicating with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.
