PRN How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate direct patient care during flexible PRN shifts to ensure continuous support and clinical excellence across our community. Manage and document individualized care plans to keep the medical team informed and highly responsive to any changes in a patient's condition. Coordinate seamless care across disciplines to ensure timely execution of medical orders and foster a collaborative healing environment.
Assess patient discharge needs to guarantee safe, smooth and effective transitions to the next phase of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Work
