Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Document patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes, accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control policies and safety protocols. Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols and critical care skills.
