$60 per hour How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team.
Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certified Advanced Life Support . American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s): Certified Advanced Life Support . American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support .
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Minimum of two years of recent acute care ICU nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations.
