The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a 28-bed unit dedicated to providing specialized care for critically ill and injured infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
Patients admitted to the PICU present with a broad range of complex medical and surgical diagnoses and may be referred from surrounding institutions for advanced critical care services. A multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals delivers comprehensive, family-centered care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. The PICU is staffed 24 hours a day by board-certified and board-eligible pediatric intensive care specialists, along with specially trained nurses and support staff experienced in caring for critically ill children.

- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire
- Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, preferred 2 years of experience
- Previous PICU experience preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 36.62/hour - Maximum 54.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
