- Centered Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs, adhering to safety protocols to promote comfort, healing, and clinical excellence. Champion Patient Care Plans: Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while tracking patient progress and communicating critical condition updates to ensure timely clinical decisions. Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the primary advocate and central coordinator across all care disciplines, ensuring a seamless, well-aligned treatment journey for every patient. Execute Critical Medical Orders: Accurately carry out physician and nursing directives to maintain clinical momentum and protect patient safety at every stage of treatment. Orchestrate Safe, Smooth Transitions: Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs alongside the broader healthcare team, empowering patients and families for success beyond their hospital stay. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required. Additional Preferences: One year of critical care or medical surgical experience desired.
