Licensure
✓Current and valid state RN License.2.
Certifications
✓Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3.
✓Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 6.
Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. 8.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.5.
Completion of Critical Care Course preferred. 4.
Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.7.

Use advanced equipment likeUse advanced equipment like cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to continuously track vital signs and physiological parameters
Safely administer medications, intravenousSafely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions
Manage life-support devices suchManage life-support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors
