About the role

Join Levindale's Hall 2 team and become part of a compassionate, patient-centered environment dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care and memory support services. Hall 2 is a 50-bed long-term care and memory care unit that offers residents daily activities along with a wide range of services and support.

What you’ll do
Provide safe, age-appropriate nursingProvide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a long-term care and memory care setting
Conduct comprehensive patient assessmentsConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatmentsAdminister medications and treatments while monitoring resident conditions and responses
Provide education and emotionalProvide education and emotional support to residents and families
Collaborate with physicians, nursingCollaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary teams
