Role Overview As a Nurse Manager at Henry Ford Medical Group, you will lead, manage, and develop patient care delivery across multiple sites or departments. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field. Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation. Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible experience demonstrating leadership skills in a clinical setting.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS or ACLS per Henry Ford Health policy.
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent. Experience with Charge Nurse Duties, Leadership of special projects, Quality Improvement initiatives, or Clinic Process Redesign.
