Day Shift | Full-Time How you’ll make an impact in this role Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s). Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s). Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in the unit(s).
Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Conducts hiring, training, directing, counseling, development and evaluating of staff.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
